She was always available by phone or e-mail for our multitude of questions and concerns. And perhaps, most importantly, she is a skilled negotiator. She knows what items should be negotiated and for how much. For one purchase, we bought at the peak of the market and bid against multiple other offers all of which were over the asking price. She not only got us the home but then was able to negotiate the price down during escrow to a price that was ultimately lower than most of the other bids. We recommend her to all of our friends and those that use her, who are always impressed with her professionalism and how easy it is to work with her."
